Can I return my items?

Of course. You have the right to enter a period of 90 days You can return your item without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 90 days from the moment you placed your order.

Contact us at hello@freshfriend.nl to register your return. Please include your order number. We'll make sure everything is processed.

When can I expect my money back?

Once we receive your item(s), our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once this is done, our accounting department will automatically issue a refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 4 business days for the money to appear in your account after we receive your return.

* The costs for returning the order are at your own expense and risk.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
